My journey has started as a business-to-business brand strategist. In a nut shell, branding is an organization-wide change process, which requires the involvement of diverse stakeholders. When I witnessed some of my clients going through the branding process –primarily- to change the attitudes and perceptions of their internal stakeholders, I realized that actually every branding assignment is a change-management project. So, I began a quest to amalgamate branding and organizational development to create a simple yet effective approach to implement enduring organizational change.
My multi-disciplinary background has allowed me to blend different fields to create positive organizational change. I practice Appreciative Inquiry. I deal with organizations as complex systems. I speak the language of archetypes. I study alchemy to transform organizations and situations. I am also a PROSCI certified change management consultant, using the ADKAR change management methodology.
Focusing on the communication side of organizational change I help my clients dream collectively and create collaboratively. Working with senior executives, I create the most appropriate change strategy, design techniques and effective communications tactics. I engage and align stakeholders through facilitated sessions, ensuring the successful adoption of corporate cultural shifts. Here is a short list of projects/clients that I had the privilege to help over the last couple of years:
Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism / Ontario Ministry of Education / Canadian Bar Association / Toronto Board of Trade / FOX Broadcasting Company / Morgan Stanley / Crate & Barrel / Reitmans / Enfamil / Tuborg / Royal Canin / Weber / Chango / NAK Design Strategies / D-Smart Satellite TV / Dawson College / City of Izmir / City of Gaziantep / King Abdullah Economic City / among others…
